House of Pinoy offers three ways to receive an order.

Delivery options

UK postage is available for smaller items that are safe to post, packed carefully to arrive fresh. Local delivery is available within 10 miles for larger orders and fresh bakes, hand delivered by me. Collection in person is available at an arranged time, with the collection address shared privately on your order confirmation only.

Freshness and food safety

Everything is baked fresh to order. Because the bakes are perishable food made in a home kitchen, items are not returnable for a change of mind, but any problem with an order will be put right. Allergen information follows Natasha's Law and Food Standards Agency guidance.

Returns and refunds

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange or refund any product, unless faulty. Our perishable items are exempt from the standard distance-selling cancellation right, and this does not affect your legal rights. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us promptly and we will put it right with a replacement or a refund as appropriate.
