House of Pinoy uses a small number of trusted service providers: Supabase stores customer accounts, live stock data and the order calendar; Make.com passes form submissions between the website and the CRM; GoHighLevel is the CRM that holds customer and order details; and Teya processes card payments securely. You can request access to or erasure of your data by emailing houseofpinoy2025@gmail.com.

Stopping automated abuse

Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to stop spam. To stop the same form being submitted over and over by a script, we also keep a short lived, scrambled record of where a submission came from. It is one way scrambled, so it cannot be turned back into your address, and it is deleted automatically within the hour.
